• Strong architectural and backend development skills
• Experience in large-scale projects (multiple teams, Agile methodology)
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Insurance domain experience (e.g., Guidewire) is highly desirable
• Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field

Nice to Have:

EIS Architect in Insurance Project (Warsaw/Hybrid)

As part of our Technology Consulting practice, we are seeking experienced professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative for a leading Insurance Client.
