Key Account manager / Delivery manager for CEE region

Job Description:
* Analysis of requirements from internal customers
* Proposal of a technical solution
* Preparation of proposals / offers for customer: estimation of costs, alignment with planned budget.
* Responsibility for the implementation of individual services
* Communication with the internal customer about the progress of the implementation and setting of services.
* SPOC between customer and GOSP
* Responsible for delivery of cloud services
* External demand estimations, Internal demand management
* Communicate with other departments across companies
* Creating relationships with third parties, suppliers and customers
* Budget preparation & General cooperation with Procurement (RfP preparation, etc.)
* BRM focal point for CEE region
* Service Quality & SLA management and continual improvement
* KPI & metric gathering and reporting for requests
Requirements:
* Knowledge and at least three years of experience in Demand management
* English at level B2 (spoken and written) – English used as a common language
* Knowledge of Czech at B2 level
* Analytical skills, high problem-solving competence, goal-oriented work and a strong customer focus
* High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication and presentation skills
